Investors can contribute to each development cycle, from land acquisition to renovating, building, renting or selling, as described below and in detail in the FAQ section.

1. First Stage of Development – Land Acquisition

– By investing here, you get the equivalent of square meters of the building which will be constructed on that particular piece of land.

2. Second Stage of Development – Planning & Design

– By investing here, you get the equivalent of square meters of the building which is planned, designed and will be built on the designated area.

3. Third Stage of Development – Construction & Renovation

– By investing here, you get the equivalent of square meters of the building which is in the process of construction or renovation.

4. Fourth Stage of Development – Rent & Sales

– By investing here, you get the equivalent of square meters of the existing apartment/dwelling for sale or rent.
